Work Scheduling

KENZA uses an effective and smart work plan that presents all the client stations on a map showing the station tank details (number of tanks, calibration status, calibration report, calibration excel table) to easily schedule the work and track the progress.

Safety Comes First

We apply all the safety procedures by covering the working area with safety tape, cones, and shutting down the electricity from the STP.

Tank Room Ventilation

Our work method is totally safe and complies with the NFPA. We are using low-voltage, and EX-approved equipment.

By using the vapor alarm, we are measuring the O2 inside the tank room, and removing the vapor from the tank room by using the exhaust fan.

3D Laser Scanning

The fuel tank must be empty of fuel or 15–30% full as a maximum. The manhole (manway) cover or 4 ” opening must be accessible & easily removed. Our team is trained and ready to handle the cleaning and opening works. If there is not any available access to the manhole cover or 4 ’’ opening, we will remove the STP motor and take the laser scan from the STP opening.

Tank Calibration Results

Transfer the input data to our software to divide the tank into sections and calculate the volume capacity in each section (cm) by using 3D laser scanning (360 degrees), we provide you with a calibration report with an accuracy of (99%+).
